VANCOUVER, BC (April 18, 2023)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 We are so proud to be recognized by the 2023 Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) Awards of Excellence in Franchising for both of our brands. Triple O\u2019s is the Gold winner in the category of Traditional 16-29 Franchisees and White Spot is the Bronze winner in the category of Traditional 30 \u2013 99 Franchisees.\u00a0 We are honoured to also be recognized with the Franchisees\u2019 Choice designation for both brands again this year further endorsing the high satisfaction ratings received from our franchisee partners.<\/p>\n

It takes great people to make great progress. Thank you to all our White Spot & Triple O\u2019s franchisees who have helped shape our brands today.\u00a0Together, we take tremendous pride in being able to serve millions of guests of all ages our great tasting, quality meals across BC, Alberta and Ontario but we couldn\u2019t do it without our strong franchisee relationships.<\/p>\n

Considered the pinnacle of franchise achievement in Canada, the\u00a0CFA Awards of Excellence in Franchising\u00a0<\/strong>are given annually to franchise systems that have demonstrated superior franchise relations, leadership, training and communications.<\/p>\n

This year, more than 66 CFA-member franchise brands participated in the\u00a0CFA Awards of Excellence in Franchising<\/strong>\u00a0program. Sponsored by the CFA and administered by the Portage Group, a third-party research firm, the winning franchise systems were determined based on the results of a survey completed by participating brands\u2019 franchisees about their experiences and levels of satisfaction with the system.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe\u00a0CFA Awards of Excellence in Franchising\u00a0<\/strong>celebrates the very best in Canadian franchising in 2023. The winners have demonstrated the importance of Growing Together\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0and the symbiotic partnership between franchisor and franchisees,\u201d says Sherry McNeil, CFA President & Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n

\u201cRegardless of the size or concept, a strong relationship between the franchisor and franchisees is fundamental to a franchise system\u2019s success. We congratulate White Spot and Triple O\u2019s for their achievements.\u201d<\/p>\n

Open exclusively to CFA franchise system members, the CFA Awards of Excellence in Franchising competition includes seven categories to enable franchise systems to be rated against their peers. Entries are separated into Traditional Franchises (i.e. those with bricks and mortar locations) and Non-Traditional Franchises (i.e. mobile, home-based, etc.), then grouped based on number of franchisees.<\/p>\n
